Wolf Township Blaze

HUGHESVILLE-Just before noon last Thursday, July 9, volunteer fire companies from Hughesville, Picture Rocks, Pennsdale, Muncy Area, and Montoursville responded to a fire emergency in Wolf Township. Crews worked for several hours at the Ciraulo residence, 1050 State Route 405. putting the fire out while outside temperatures hovered around 90 degrees. A wooden structure was initially reported as being on fire, but it turned out to be a large chicken coop in which the fire engulfed, along with a car collection which was parked near the coop. No injuries were reported.
