The following complaints were handled by police agencies in Lycoming County, as provided by the county Emergency Communications Center:

MONDAY, FEB. 24

8:59 a.m., criminal mischief, 100 block of East Water Street, Muncy Borough.

1:16 p.m., forgery, 600 block of Lycoming Mall Circle, Muncy Township.

THURSDAY, FEB.27

10:25 a.m., harassment, 300 block of Cemetery Street, Hughesville.

1:34 p.m., hit and run, 30 block of South Main Street, Muncy.

The following people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records:

Joseph Lynn Snyder, 47, of 3687 Beaver Run Road, state police; DUI, maximum speed limits, careless driving; after allegedly driving 60 miles per

hour in a 45 mile-per-hour zone on Route 220 in Piatt Township on Jan. 21. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Lepley on March 25 for his preliminary hearing.

Tyler Turner, 25, of Watsontown; Muncy police; terroristic threats and harassment for allegedly sending threatening text messages to Dustin Shoemaker in the 100 block of Old Glade Run Road on Jan. 31; some of the messages read in part: he (Shoemaker) "needs to dig his grave deep," and that he was "going to end up in ICU, and to tell his loved ones good bye because it's going to be the last time he talks to

them," and that he (Turner) was going to give him "a facial reconstruction;" jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Charles Hoinowski, 47, of Woodbine Road, Hughesville; Hughesville police; disorderly conduct and defiant trespassing after allegedly causing a disturbance at Ashkar Elementary School, 350 S. Broad St., on Jan. 9; he had been ordered to leave the premises, but refused, police said; he allegedly "engaged a very loud verbal altercation with office

staff;" he was "upset about not getting school alerts on his phone;" sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Motorist Suzette Swank, 54, of 14 Chestnut St., Muncy; state police; DUI and careless driving at Chestnut and Green streets in the borough on Nov. 24; blood-alcohol content level was .17; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Mary Ford, 30, an inmate at the state Correctional Institution at Muncy from Millville and Pittsburgh; state police; aggravated harassment by a prisoner for allegedly spitting

in a correction officer's face on Oct. 30; recommitted without bail.

Marketta Waker, an inmate at the state Correctional Institution at Muncy from Washington, Washington County; state police; aggravated harassment by a prisoner for allegedly spitting in a correction officer's face on June 27; recommitted in lieu of $25,000 bail.

David Davidson, 38, of 520 Pepper St., Muncy; state police; possession with intent to deliver a bundle of heroin and related offenses on Interstate 180 in Fairfield Township on Jan. 21; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Motorist Richard Spaeth, 58, of 2564 Route 654, DuBoistown; Montgomery police; DUI on Elimsport Road in Brady Township on Dec. 3; blood-alcohol content level was

.17; sent a summons to appear before a judge.

Sentenced to state prison:

James D. Bastian, 46, of Lycoming County prison, four to eight years in state prison for persons not to possess; and 24 to 48 months in state prison for possession with intent to deliver.

Philip Hall, 30, of Lycoming County prison, 29 to 60 months in state prison for robbery.

Alexander D. Hughes Jr., 32, of Philadelphia, 15 to 36 months in state prison for possession with intent to distribute.

Jessica L. Stewart, 30, of SCI Muncy, 12 to 24 months in state prison, a $1,500 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment and DUI classes for DUI.

Sentenced to county prison:

Phil W. Zeisloft, 61, of 387 Lockard Road, Muncy, 30 days to six months in county prison, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI classes and 50 hours of community service for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

Sentenced to intermediate punishment:

Barry S. Sanders, 56, of 36 West Walnut St., Apartment No. 2, Hughesville, six months intermediate punishment, a $300 fine, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
