Charged and Sentenced 2.5.2020

The following people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and law enforcement agencies involved were:

Matthew Dimm, 28, of Watsontown; South Williamsport police; DUI (his third offense) and driving with a suspended license in the 200 block of Market Street on Oct. 5; released on $10,000 bail.

Joseph Snyder of 3687 Beaver Lake Road, Hughesville; terroristic threats, simpleassault and harassment for allegedly threatening his wife Trudy at the couple's home on Jan. 21; allegedly telling her "Do you like your limbs? Because I'm going to cut them off;" jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Jamarl Brunson, 39, of Danville; state police; simple assault and false imprisonment following an alleged assault on a woman identified in court papers only by her last name as Shipman at her home on East Plaza Drive in Wolf Township on Jan 21; the woman was restrained in a room for a few minutes, police said; Brunson jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Jack Foster Jr., 58, of 152 Boak Ave., lot 46, Hughesville; state police; DUI and careless driving following a crash on Interstate 180 in Muncy Township on Dec. 20; no blood-alcohol content report available; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Aaron Snyder, 18, of 18 Heatherbrook Estates, Muncy; Muncy police; indecent assault for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a minor on East Mechanic Street on Dec. 18; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Dakota Schenck, 22, of 202 N. Main St., Hughesville; DUI and careless driving following a crash on Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on Dec. 1; his blood-alcohol content level was .18; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Duwane Stratts, 40, of 3887 Route 220, Hughesville; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 220 in Muncy Township on Nov. 27; his blood-alcohol content level was .11; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Scott Dantino, 52, of 27 Bryson Road, Allenwood; state police; DUI and speeding on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on Aug. 30; his blood-alcohol content level was .21; released on $5,000 bail.

The following people were sentenced to state prison:

James W. Lewis, 30, of 7 East First St., Watsontown, 18 to 46 years for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child under 13 years old, corruption of minors and indecent

assault.

Nathan T. Swank, 29, of 7 North Main St., Picture Rocks, three to 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sentenced to county prison:

Kyle L. Aunkst, 30, of 28 West Water St., Muncy, 10 to 20 days and 11 months probation for indecent exposure.

David M. Buck, 5/1/78, of Fredna Ave., Montgomery, five days to six months, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment, and a $1,300 fine for DUI, driving on a suspended license and swerving.

Sentenced to intermediate punishment:

Nicholas A. Shetler, 24, of 239 South Gordner Church Road, Unityville, 60 months, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI classes, and 50 hours of community service for DUI and speeding.

Cameron Koons, 31, of 178 South Fourth St., Hughesville, 60 months, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment, a $1,500 fine and 50 hours of community service for DUI, failure to

keep right, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Sentenced to probation:

They are:

Troy J. Bryson, 52, of 1886 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, 18 months for reckless endangerment of another person.

Sentenced to pay a fine:

Ronald W. Smith, 33, of 131 South Main St., Muncy, $500 for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Guilty without further punishment:

Candace Yoder, 26, of SCI Muncy, possession of a controlled substance.
