Charged and Sentenced

Several individuals were charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:

Michael Steinruck, 21, and Dante Marra, 23, both of 149 Snaurytown Road, Montgomery; the local chapter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; aggravated cruelty to animals and four counts of neglect of animal for allegedly neglecting to provide access to food, shelter or water to five dogs under their care at their home on Aug. 17; one dog died on the premises, according to court records; both released on $20,000 bail each.

Myron Thompson IV, 23, of 1236 Cemetery Road, Muncy; state police; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and related offenses at his home on Aug. 1; jailed in lieu of $90,000 bail.

James Joseph Krysik, 54, of 185 Crow Hill Road in Hughesville; Hughesville Police; theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft by fail to make request disposition funds; after allegedly stealing copper and $3,350 while not paying rent at 36 W. Walnut St., Hughesville on Oct. 4. He is jailed on $7,500 and is waiting for a preliminary hearing date.

Michael Frantz, 40, of 2201 Green Valley Road, Hughesville; state police; terroristic threats, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, criminal trespassing and harassment for allegedly threatening to kill Joseph Snyder with a crossbow after Snyder caught him trespassing on his property in Penn Township on Oct. 25; released on $25,000 bail.

Austin White, 18, of 6805 Route 118, Lairdsville; state police; possession with intent to deliver nine oxycodone pills and related offenses at his home in Franklin Township Aug. 14; released on $50,000 bail.

Roland Zerbe, 24, formerly of the 900 block of Cemetery Street but now homeless; possession of controlled substances without a prescription (49 pills of seroquel and one pill of acetaminophen) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of East Penn Street in Muncy Creek Township on April 29; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Cody Benyo, 27, of Millville; state police; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and related offenses for his alleged involvement in drugs sales; one in the first block of West Houston Avenue in Montgomery on March 25 and another in the 2100 block of Route 442 in Clarkstown on April 4; jailed in lieu of $90,000 bail.

Tiffany Sellers, 30, of 38 W. Houston Ave., Montgomery; state police; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines and related offenses for her alleged involvement in drug sales that occurred at her home on Jan. 18 and again Jan. 24; jailed in lieu of $90,000 bail.

The following people have been sentenced for various offenses in Lycoming County:

George A. Warner, 33, of 304 Bitler Hill Road, Muncy, six months of intermediate punishment, a $325 fine, DUI education, a drug and alcohol analysis, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

Donald R. Whitford, III, 34, of 157 North Main Street, Hughesville, six months of intermediate punishment, a $500 fine, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment, and 75 hours of community service for two counts of DUI.

Taylor. E. Moore, 34, of 553 Village Road, Muncy, 42 months of intermediate punishment, a $2,525 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 75 hours of community services, for two counts of DUI.

Nicole A. Messimer, 26, of Hughesville, three years of intermediate punishment and 50 hours of community service for possession with intent to distribute.

Destiny E. Little, 27, 24 months of probation, 15 to 30 days in state prison and 25 hours of community service, for forgery and unsworn falsifications.

Williams R. Farley, 65, of Muncy, 12 months probation, and 25 hours of community service, for possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession fo drug paraphernalia.

Robert J. Vanwhy, 25, of 41 Chevy Lane, Montgomery, six months, $525 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI and an out headlight.
