MUNCY - The Muncy Rotary club congratulated Christian Good who placed first in the Rotary Four-Way Speech Competition held Saturday, April 13, in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.

Representing the Muncy Rotary Club and Muncy High School, Christian took the lead in the Regional competition, and will compete as a finalist at the Rotary District 7360 Conference in May.

The Four-Way Test has long been a Rotary motto through four questions: 1) Is it the truth? (2) Is it fair to all concerned? (3) Will it build goodwill and better friendships? and (4) Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
