Montgomery Locals Apr.3, 2019

April 3, 2019
By JADE HEASLEY , The Luminary

The first official day of spring was last month, and it's nice to think that aside from a few cold days, winter has ended. It's lovely to see that the flowers are beginning to bloom, but there are other signs that spring has arrived in Montgomery. Red Raider Rocks are starting to appear around town, the cinders are being cleaned up, the parking lines have been repainted on Main Street, spring sports season has begun, and people are actually leaving their houses to enjoy leisurely walks around the neighborhood. Now we just need to get some leaves on the trees and we'll be all set!

Remember that this spring, like any other season of life, will be as good as we make it. So get out there and make this season into everything you want it to be.

THOT "Everything is new in the spring. Springs themselves are always so new, too. No spring is ever just like any other spring. It always has something of its own to be its own peculiar sweetness." Lucy Maude Montgomery
