On October 24 Nicholas and Annette Finnis (right) paid a visit from New Zealand at the Taber Museum in Williamsport to see the dollhouse built by Mowdray Finnis, grandfather of Nicholas. The intricate doll house later became a possession of Michael and Rikki Gross from Picture Rocks, (left) after it was purchased at an auction by Michael's mother. This was the first time the New Zealand couple got to see the dollhouse which was donated to the Thomas Taber Musem by the Gross family. They were on their way to Boston to attend a medical conference. Finnes is a neurosurgeon and Annette is a nurse. The couple spent some time in Picture Rocks with the Gross's before heading back to New Zealand.
