Here is a poem titled "I'm Not Sorry," that describes Lori,

I'm not sorry I started life "broken"

It offered me challenges to overcome many don't experience

I'm not sorry for my for my family's worry.

It taught them to love more deeply than many ever do.

I'm not sorry for being different.

I've taught many to see each other for who we are.

I'm not sorry for making myself look silly.

It brought you a smile when you needed it.

I'm not sorry our paths crossed in this life.

God felt we needed each other.

I'm not sorry my time has come to a close.

God, Jesus, and my Dad needed meandI can finally WALK!!!

I'm not sorry if my loss makes you sad.

It means at one time I must have touched you and made you smile

Please celebrate my life, and when you find yourself in a dark place or time, think of my smile and silly hats, because I'm still therein your heart.

Just before she passed, one thing that she was able to say clearly was "I'll miss everybody."

We will certainly miss you Little Sister. Farewell and Godspeed.
