Married-At the residence of the bride’s father, in Shickshinny, by the Rev. A. Wadleigh, of Muncy, W.B. Poust, formerly of this borough, and Miss Mary B., daughter of Lot Search, Esq.
Died-In this borough, on Monday night, Feb. 20, Miss Mary, daughter of Hezekiah Noble, aged 19 years and 5 months.
At a venue held at the Union Hotel, in this borough, on Saturday last, $33 in silver coin was sold in lots, and realized $58.97-being a premium of about 80 per cent.

Married-In this borough, at the residence of the bride’s father, Thomas Grange, on Thursday evening, February 19, by Rev. E. H. Heisinring, Abram Moyer, of Watsontown, and Miss Kate Grange, of Muncy.
Died-On Monday, February 23, Charles E., infant son of Wilson Gundrum, of Upper Fairfield township.
George and Jacob Keller, sons of our townsman, G.D. Keller, left last week for Colorado, where they propose to settle.
Mrs. Thomas Grange, of this borough, and her daughter, Mrs. Henry McGowan, of Muncy Creek township, were thrown from a spring wagon on WEdnesday morning and both painfully injured.
John M. Bowman and William E. Mohr represented Musser Post at the bean bake in Williamsport held by Reno Post, on Monday evening.

On Saturday President Wilson sent to the Senage the name of Thomas Wood, Esq., for Postmaster of Muncy, ending a long fight between the five or six applicants.
About 8 o’clock Monday morning fire was discovered in the loft over the kitchen at the Reading Hotel, near town, but was gotten out before any serious damage was done.
Brady Derr, of Penn township, last week butchered a hog which weighed 590 pounds. He was assisted by Frank Cleon and Clyde Houseknecht. In all five hogs were killed and when dressed they weighed 1,750 pounds.
J.F. and Wilson Murray, of Muncy No. 1, have put their sixteen horse-power Huber traction engine to winter use by starting a chopping mill near Glade Run grange.
